Synergy Program
Synergy brings together individuals of all ages and backgrounds to build genuine friendships. It started as a simple idea to create a space where inclusion wasn’t just taught, but lived. Over time, it has become a movement that breaks barriers and builds belonging.
In Synergy, we’ve seen how friendships form naturally, guided less by adults, and more by mutual respect and shared joy. Young adolescents and young adults with neurodiversity plan activities with their buddies, make decisions, and look forward to every meeting. Together, they’ve explored parks, made music, celebrated festivals, and shared quiet moments of connection. There are no labels here. No expectations. Just an open invitation to be yourself and be valued.
As individuals with neurodiversity discover their voice and build confidence, their families witness something profound: their young adolescents and young adults being seen, heard, and fully included. At the same time, the buddies who come to support find themselves growing too. Because when you walk beside someone else, you begin to understand yourself more deeply.
Synergy is not just a program; it is a shared journey. A reminder that inclusion transforms everyone it touches. Come be a part of this journey. Because when everyone belongs, everyone grows.
